Northwest Horticultural Council
Description of Council
The Northwest Horticultural Council (NHC) was incorporated in 1947 with the broad purpose of coordinating the activities of its members and to assist in handling problems common to the Pacific Northwest tree fruit industry. This work focuses on issues affecting growers, packers, and shippers of apples, pears, and sweet cherries in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
